Goldman Sachs published a post-conference review following EHA 2026, highlighting constructive efficacy updates for next-generation CAR-T therapies and incremental clinical progress within BeOne's BTK BCL2 franchise. The report views these data presentations as broadly positive developments for the involved companies and the broader oncolo gy landscape.

Specifically, next-generation CAR-T therapies demonstrated encouraging early efficacy and safety profiles during the meeting. Data indicated that in vivo and allogeneic CAR-T therapies achieved response rates in advanced multiple myeloma that were comparable to autologous CAR-T treatments. Additionally, treatments involving R/R patients showed promising characteristics relative to alternative therapies.

Regarding BeOne's pipeline, the BTK BCL2 franchise demonstrated an incremental step up. Data showed sustained responses in treatment-naive CLL/SLL patients, alongside observed benefits for Brukinsa in patients over 80 years old. Tacabrutineg exhibited potential as a best-in-class candidate.

Goldman Sachs noted that while the presented data provides positive readouts for advancing hematological treatments, the report did not assign specific ratings, target prices, or defined future validation timelines.
