Sinolink Securities examines AI anime-dramas as a frontrunner in the application-data boom. User scale and content supply are expanding together as top platforms deploy funding, compute, and traffic support. Hongguo's free anime-drama monthly active users hit 44.276 million in June, up 84.1% from February; Douyin added 46,800 AI-drama and anime-drama titles in August, with new-title view increments of 164.75 billion, and 3D manhua supply and views are growing faster than the overall market (August new supply +19.8% and view increment +25.0% month over month). AI has rebuilt the production chain, compressing delivery cycles from 50-60 days to under 30 and cutting total production costs from roughly RMB 1,000 to RMB 400 per minute—letting shovel-sellers profit first. Decai's subsidiary Qixiang Wuxian is deepening its Volcano Engine partnership—its credit line was raised from RMB 20 million to RMB 50 million—extending anime-drama Agent tooling into interactive film-games and e-commerce, with the tool-platform team granted 77.14% of incentive options and explicit 2026-2027 revenue targets set for each team. Related names include Decai, Kunlun Tech, and Wondershare Technology. Risks: slower AI monetization, weak enterprise IT budgets, competition, and overseas macro swings.
