Goldman Sachs highlighted that February LCD TV panel prices experienced month-on-month increases across key sizes. Year-to-date price changes for 32-inch, 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch panels stand at +6%, +3%, +2%, and +2%, reaching $36, $65, $124, and $172, respectively. Despite this upward trend, current prices remain 40% to 59% below their historical peaks from July 2021. The firm maintains a positive outlook on the display panel industry, noting that competition is becoming healthier and leading suppliers are demonstrating increased flexibility in adjusting capacity utilization to manage average selling prices.

BOE continues to solidify its position as a primary beneficiary of industry consolidation, holding global market shares of 35% in large LCDs, 33% in small-to-medium LCDs, and 28% in LCD TVs as of December 2025. Meanwhile, the e-paper segment is exhibiting stronger growth momentum than the traditional display market, with relevant players seeing a 15% year-on-year revenue increase over the past 12 months. E Ink's January revenue grew 8% month-on-month, supported by robust demand for electronic shelf labels.

Furthermore, the report highlighted several innovative product launches that underscore continued technological upgrades. Notable releases include Skyworth's A8H wallpaper TV featuring SQD-Mini LED technology and 5,500-nit peak brightness, TCL FFalcon's U8A Pro gaming monitor supporting high refresh rates, and DASUNG's Link e-paper display, all of which point to sustained premiumization within the sector.
